Good Hospital for General referred Citizens, with wide rank of facility for Nero, cardio, nefrology available. most of the Tests are free.. Cleaned hospital and well maintained doctors highly professionals with not a very good behavior. Some of the counters not opening up to 9 due to this there is a huge que. Management needs to improve the things

Fine hospital in janakpuri on main road, near fire station and MSI. Deals generally with referred cases and have free treatment on most of these scenarios.

This was meant to provide good facilities to patients bit only jothers to become more insensitive. I took my mother to the hospital to show to the nephrologist. The doctor looked at the old prescriptions and prescribed the medicines without even talking to the patient. So now I have a medicine prescription which has medicines which my mother cannot take because the had reacted to them. They have also reduced the test registration window to two hours in the morning. 9 am - 11 am. This means that if you go to a doctor there and get free by 11 you will have to come again to get a test date booked and another day for the test. This wastes 3 days of the patient n their family needlessly. This is illogical. The same window between 11 am - 1 pm would mean that patient can show himself and get his test dates and leave. The hospital just went from bad to worse.

I would like to give a big thanks to the doctors and staff of Janakpuri super speciality hospital. My father was serious , his kidney got failed and we were helpless as we couldn't understand where to take him for the treatment. The staff took well care of my father , in aspect of maintaining hygiene and everything. The doctors are very helpful, especially Dr. Abhinav and Dr. Amit Kumar. I cannot thank him enough for all the support. My father is doing well and recovering to a good health. This all happened with the support and care by the doctors and staff. Thank you.

What is the cost of 'Conventional Angiography' for the heart because Deen Dayal Upadhyaya doctor referred to my father there for the test of Stress-Echo 'for the heart' and doctor said that I will not do this test because I know very well you have to pay 35-40 thosand for the 'Conventional Angiography' test. I have told him that first can we do the test of 'Stress-Echo' which was referred by doctor he refused me in a very bad manner I totally disagree

The hospital staff is insensitive and is run by the guards who manage the entry exit into the doctor's chambers. You are at their mercy. Despite a high footfall there is no token system so that cues and order can be maintained. Queues are in hands of the security guards who decide your entry and exit. At the diagnostic facilities people fasting for tests need to be prioritised. But instead they mismanage the situation forcing people to remain in fasting for their tests for 18 hours straight. They are also short staffed at Radiology. To a point that if the nurse is occupied at MRI there is no one at CT. They refused to give me a CD of my MRI. I had to argue to get a CD to show to other doctors. No report for ECG of a relative was given. He was just told sab okay hai . This is unfair as these services are paid for by the government taxes and compromise people's health.

Was served very well by Anup Rajput from F&B. Excellent service. I had special needs like gluten free diet, chai (homemade feeling). Got special service from the staff. Room no. 2511

Best govt. hospital visited ever, staffs are polite, doctors are amazing and professional.
