It is really a great fitness institute because of the attitude and discipline of the trainer.
Very good gym and behaviour is so polite
Rupak is the owner and instructor of this fitness studio, he gives online class also. I have attained online classes provided by him and I have never seen any one more enthusiastic about fitness more than him. He is a strict instructor and has immense knowledge in this area. He helped with both fitness and lifestyle changes. I have never seen him reccomeding crash diet or easy way to loose weight to anyone which is really bad for health, his passion for fitness is really commendable.I would definitely recommend Janai Fitness studio to anyone who wants to become healthy. Very good work Rupak, keep it up. All the very best.
Friendly and Time Efficient
Here is present really great atmosphere and trainers are also good and careful.
Good trainer,well decorated AC environment and a complete set up of almost all equipments.One more thing the monthly fees also very minimum...(mausumi banerjee)
In janai there is a gym thats very good. But i give 3stars because there is Saturday and Sunday 2 weekly closed day! Its will effect ur body(the 2day resting ur muscles). By the way decorations is great! If it is genuinely for both boys and girls then it is the 1st gym in this place at its position.
