Worst staff and worst hospital in SRI GANGANAGAR i wish i COULD GIVE a review without star because they don't deserve a single star also and the doctor the neurosurgeon not deserve to be a doctor as he is not punctual to the time a not answerable to the patient family member .I lost my wife because of their carelessness and negligence.. don't come to this hospital not jan seva its a maran seva ..

Nice Doctors team and Nice Nursingh Staff

Infrastructure and facilities are good in hospital but staff is careless. They are always arguing with each other.

Very very bad staff service....so many girl who fought with each other's front of Patients.....no care about anyone... Doctors is good...but all ladies staff need to breif regularly to maintain Hospital image front of People

Somebody has taken a good decision for establish of this hosp however the service provided by staff is very bad .one of the patient has gone there for abdominal pain and Dr Rakesh advised her for Endoscopy. Dr Rakesh prescribed her a medicine which she was told to take 18 hours prior to endoscopy I,e on 15 Apr 22 (Sunday) however got a call that doctor is not coming on 16 apr 22 (Monday) and advised to consume the medicine on Monday 10 O clock and accordingly Endoscopy will be done on Tuesday (17 Apr 22) and she consume the medicines. Next day the patient visited Dr Rakesh where she came to know that Dr is not coming without intimating the patient and advised to come tomorrow duely consumed medicines. When patient told them that she had already consumed that medicine and told her to buy it again which costs Rs 1000/= . Now because of the mistake of the administration staff and Doctor now patient have to pay again for the same medicine . When we try to approach the administration Auth nobody is ready to entertain. I m requesting the Hosp Auth pls pass some strict guide line to the administration and the timings of doctors . Otherwise pls Don,t create ruckers on the name of this Hopital.. Overall unsatisfactory services...Most of the patients are not happy.
