Best time to visit during early morning to see the sun rise and evening around 4:30pm to see the Sunset. No restrictions but at-least a local people must be with you to help you in any kind of trouble.

The best place for tourism. Best picnic place near dagara sea beach.I ever visited this place near our home.Situated in baliapal,balasore. Best place for photo shooting. I want to go this place again and again.The air quality in this place is very good.Always come in the afternoon for better enjoyment.

Nice place, calm & serene. I had a talk with fishermen who don't go to deep sea but locally they capture fish from sea. Breezy area and lots of casuarina plants are there. People are friendly & simple. Worth visiting

22 km from baliapal,70km from balasore .u can come through jamusuli or baliapal .better place than dagara sea beach.Beautiful place to picnic and bathing not so deep.u can get lot of red crab near beach ,live fish catching from sea u can enjoy.2 to 3 big playground is there,good for school and event program and functions.can accomodate 1000 people .lots of parking space ,picnic area is clean not water logged.and water facilities is there.local market is there within 2 km. U will get everything from there also cooking item or catering in rent by asking local.govt guest house is also there but only for family staying better consult by calling the officer before ,u can get contact number online.good room also cooking meal..

It's a very nice place, the most enjoyable place in Baliapal.
