Recently availed car service from Vidhaya for pick up from Jammu Airport, going to Suchetgarh Indo Pak border for watching the parade by BSF and then drop at Katra. Mr Pankaj was very quick to respond to my queries, his rate was reasonable and better than some other service providers. The driver Mr Pradeep was a very humble and polite person. Overall a satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

Booked a service by Calling Mr Pankaj Verma Online. He provided a number of Mr Gaurabh (Driver and Car owner). - A swift dzire was provided having white number plate. - The vehicles got seized while returning by the police because it was being used as taxi but registered as private car. - So many questions were asked to Me and my family which took 1.5 hrs. - Somehow we manage to get another taxi to reach Jammu. Why not to consider this travel agency.. 1. They dont have their own vehicles but they hire from third party. 2. Third party vehicles dont bother about service and customer demand as they have nothing to lose 3. They will not provide any proof of booking ( as the car is private) 4. All their drivers are get drunk before tour 5. My driver was watching reels while driving 6. Driver will disappear (for daaru) after reaching to destination Point to consider before taxi booking in Jammu 1. As for booking slip/ receipt 2. Always take drivers number and taxi details before reaching to Jammu. And cross check the Vehicle details on mParivahan sewa 3. Jammu and Kashmir is a sensitive zone so pls all the vehicle papers while onboarding and in case if the driver says that he forgot thr paper or not able to open the car glove box etc it means there is something fishy.

Excellent hospitality and car service. Cheapest price in Jammu after enquiring with all registered travel agencies in Jammu. Interaction with the driver (Mr. Ashok) was like own family member. Mr. Pankaj Verma is very punctual and nice person who personally takes care of the tourists during and even after the tour. Would love to recommend all to contact this person before making any tour plan for Jammu and Kashmir.
