Decent archaeological site. Built about 500 yrs ago, the whole archaeological park is a good experience for people interested in historical ruins. Places to visit nearby include stepwells, 7manzil, 7kamaan and the ancient blackstone built temple whose creators are not known as of today. Since we are from Mumbai, we were not sure of how to go about the visiting sequence and hence we ended up missing the temple on the top.
It's a 15th century, mosque and very well maintained by the authority. Perhaps the best preserved mosque in entire Gujarat. The minarets are very tall and the jali art is superb. The best fusion of Indo Islamic art. Expect to spend at least a hour at this place as it makes a good photography place and is relatively crowd free.
The ideal location for family hangouts is Champaner Fort. The sculpture and building are the best, most serene locations. The building's surrounding garden is lovely and beautiful. It is simple to get to. The ticket price for single person is 40 rs. Also it is World Heritage site. So it is must visit place if you are visiting the pavagadh mahakali maa temple.

Monsoon season has to be my favourite season to visit this Archeological site. Do bear in mind to carry cash with you as the network reception is quite bad here so you might face difficulties making UPI transactions to book tickets.
> This is the UNESCO World Heritage Site. > Part of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park. > Architecture & Jali work is worth to see.
Jami Masjid, located in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Champaner-Pavagadh in Gujarat, India, stands as a testament to the region's rich historical and architectural legacy. Built during the reign of Sultan Mahmud Begada in the 15th century, this grand mosque showcases a harmonious blend of Islamic and Hindu architectural styles. The mosque's impressive structure features intricately carved pillars, domes, and mihrabs, reflecting the skilled craftsmanship of its time. Good place to visit while going for a long drive. Beautiful architecture work inside-out. A add-on in checklist for an art aspirant.
Unknown to the public and very well hidden without any sign boards. Another superbly constructed archaeological find. Serene and quiet place to visit. P. S. It is not allowed to go at the bottom of the stepwell (vaav)
