The only thing this restaurant has is its shop structure. Without a doubt, I can now say the shawarma is brutal to its name and is a teeny-tiny roll, not enough for two bites. The mojito is plain disgusting, as it tastes like medicine. Now some good opinions: the shop is built around an eclectic taste with separate dining areas well suited to different types of gathering, like a group having their private space in the elevated dining room or individuals in their cozy interiors inside the partitioned space. The customer service is excellent, as they did not charge me for the mojitos, and that is the only reason I appreciate this restaurant, as they seem to value their customers' voices. Dining at jamalis was an enchanting experience that transported my taste buds to the vibrant and flavorful world of Arabian cuisine. From start to finish, every aspect of the meal left an indelible mark on my palate and memory. Small spaces with good ambience. The staff's warm and attentive service added an extra layer of charm to the dining experience.

The food was average. Tried there fried chicken . It was a little bit oily. We had sat in the top floor where the wash was not working instead kept a bucket.

Had biriyani from here. Good taste. Good quantity. Dining space is very congested. Service was also slow.

I have been to this restaurant many times. The vibe of this restaurant is pretty good. you could select this place for a group hang out. One thing I suggest you while going there is not to order the chicken mandi. Their mandi doesnot taste all good. They serves it cold and taste is not good, you can say its eatable but not tasty. But their fried chicken or broasted items are pretty good quality. Broasted and shawarmas are good. I have not tried many of the drinks but the ones i tried was good. So in short, vibe-good, broasted-good, shawarma-good, drinks-okay, mandi-terrible. Shawarma is a bit pricy too.

We ordered chicken Mandi. But it's not hot. Before the flavour of the rice was good, but now it's not good. And salad was full of cabage only

The food was average. The service needs improvement , so does the seating. Need to update the price on the boards near the entrance as it is different from the menu which is actually kinda misleading.

Good food. But consistency is not maintained. Last time the food was so good but this time its lil disappointing. Overall its a good place in pathanamthitta
