From the Outside, Jamal Resorts look beautiful anyone who sees it for the first time will be awed. The problem lies on the inside. The rooms are not really clean, there's dust literally everywhere. Water pressure is not guaranteed. The carpets have so much dirt under them, it's appalling. The doors have gaps, so the cold air will definitely get in. The dining hall has no heating and the chairs there are almost at their breaking stage. It's a beautiful place, but if maintained it can be better.
Was fine. Breakfast good.location near daal lake. Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom light was not working. On the 2nd day of our stay they changed the bulb. Carpet was not changed even after requesting. Hotel restaurant food was not so good. Charges high
Very comfortable stay. Neat and clean property. Staff is polite and courteous. Food, Air conditioning, all were perfect. Mr. Latif at the reception is a very kind host.
Not like resort , not a 4star property they are not given any services like 4star . Room are very small and not maintain . Don't book from photos . Funny is that , they are given 'Toothpaste' on demand

We, a group of six arrived at Srinagar yesterday and are staying at this lovely resort, Jamal resorts. Service is good and the food is very tasty. Overall, enjoying our trip to Paradise on Earth. City has been spruced up for the G20 Summit.

The stay was ok. The food was really spicy and the resort is far from the market so it's difficult to buy necessary things. There's a hospital in front of the resort but it's of no use. My kid got a high fever but when we got no doctor there. But I must say that people of kashmir are really helpful so for them I love the place.

Nice hotel with reasonable price (2.5k - 3.0k). The location of this hotel is inside from the main road or dal lake. The view from the garden is too good. Same view is available from few rooms, not from all rooms. Room size is good for 2 persons. Bed
