Basically a good restaurant... You can visit with ur friends and family too... Staffs were so humble.. Servicing was good... Food taste was awesome.. We enjoyed a lot there

The food and the service was excellent. The drinks they served looked quite well and tasted great as well. I went with my wife on our anniversary for lunch and we like it there. Only thing I didn't like the seating arrangement. I will recommend this to others as well.

Ordered from train.Properly packed and no spillage. Taste was also very very good with good quantity. They delivered chicken dum biryani on time. Purely professional manner. Gonna order again soon.

Food is good not best, customer service is very bad. the staf are not responding any thing . They Will treat like we are not important for him . That was vary irritating. In this hot atmosphere, airconditioner was not proper work . Vary bad experience in zalsaa and also lift is not working this time

I ordered while traveling to Kolkata by train and on the first instance they agreed to deliver food on station. Personally their people delivered my food after waiting at station. Biriyani quality and quantity was too good which I had not expected. It is far better to order from this restaurant rather having food available in train. Thank you to it's Owner/worker/ promotors for such hospitality.
