First visit, nice ambience, had gala time with team, occupied the dance floor for 2hrs, so food was not the priority.....However taste was good, with the limited items in the menu....Competition serving almost double the item at same or lesser cost and maintaining the quality

I recently visited Jalsa Restaurant on a weekend to attend an event, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the ambience of the restaurant is very nice and the staff are friendly and attentive. There are many different eating options available, which is great for those who enjoy variety. In particular, I really enjoyed the Oriental counter where they served delicious noodles. However, I have to say that aside from the noodles, I found the food to be just average. While the seating was adequate, I felt that the overall dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations. So while Jalsa Restaurant has some definite strengths, overall I would rate it as an average place to dine. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it a 3/5 rating.

This place is fun , fantastic and fabulous. Nice ambience, Food is great , full on masti atmosphere, can play garba or can shoot balloons!! Good place to party..!! Go with your friends , colleagues or family.!

Was super excited to try Shefali Shah's restaurant. But all in vain. Worst hygiene. COCKROACHES were roaming even on dining tables. Menu has lots of item but 20-30% were not available. Sweet dishes were super sweet so please avoid it. Place is really huge and can be maintained too. But I think no one is looking into it. Dishes taste was also very average. Very disappointing place - Jalsa which ruined our dinner date. Even AC was not working properly. They have kept fan and cooler at some places. Waste of money & not hygienic too.

Excellent place for small get-together. The ambiance was fantastic. Amazing seating arrangement. They includes Soup, Starters, Chat, Chinese, North Indian, South Indian, Gujarati, Italian, and other cuisines. Food was little spicy is the only minus thing. Staff was very polite. Service is very good. Big parking place available at basement. They have various activities like Games which any age group can play, Dance/Garba with DJ music, Puppet Show etc. This is a fantastic place to spend time with friends and family.

I have booked this place for party thrice till now... We were 50 people and it was so well managed by the staff at Jalsa... It was a great welcoming gesture by them. Each staff member wore a smile throughout the event and readily served us with not only food but also with enthusiasm to make sure we enjoy the time. Dance, games,food,ambience, songs and what not, this place is the best choice when it's about variety of food with a lot more to entertain the guests... My son had the best birthday party ever.... Thanks a lot....

We visited in a group of 40 people. There were some cuisines, I liked only some dishes, the rest were average. Separate counters for cuisines in which some were live, preparing as per your choice. They also conducted different activities like: games, dance/garba with dj. There are also some paid activities in the house: tattoo/mehndi and balloon shooting. The cooling was very bad, the main course area, where we had dinner, AC was not working and they had only one cooler, which covered a very small area. Overall experience is average.
