One of the very best jewellery shops in the capital. Collection is fabulous and customer support is top class. We requested a silver item for infant child but they didn't have that at present time with at store. But they made sure to get that item as it was very rare and unique. They delivered the product exactly like we requested. Hats off for that.

Very disappointing experience. I selected two gold items and one silver item, and the bill was totaled at 23,540 without any negotiation. I offered 23,500 (a 0.17% less), but the cashier insisted that I must submit the full amount of 23,540. Unlike Kirana stores or food stalls, where they often accommodate small discrepancies, this store seemed less flexible, even though it includes labor, making charges, and other factors. Their approach to customer satisfaction left much to be desired

Worst experience..purchase earring and given it for some changes..which they said will done be done in couple of days and after 15 days no changes were done.. irresponsible staff and no one is ready to replay and attend the customer

I had a very disappointing experience at the store. The rate card displayed prices that were 2-3 days old, and they were unwilling to provide even a small discount to the customer.

Pathetic staff. Senseless way of talking and speech. Person available at basement is such a rude.. Don't know how to deal with customers. Never recommend to visit again there are many jewellers available in Gandhinagar.

Nice designs for rings but limited for pendant and butti set as I have explored only these two. Overall good

I was permanent customer of this unit since long time. I and my family including my staff have made very big purchase on regular basis. Recently I have purchased gold watch of RS.194000/-. At the deal time, they assured me to provide gold valuation certificate in free for my daughter's visa purpose. Later at payment time, the owner Mr.Manishbhai had informed me Rs.300/- for valuation report. I had not argued them. Even I had not argued for making charges too. When I came to obtain the valuation certificate, they suggested me to pay Rs.18000/-. (Rs.300/- per lac) for gold valuation certificate. Very first at deal time, his salesman was agree to give valuation certificate for free with our deal. I am shocked that the unit like Jaliyan may do so... Really I feel much cheated. Please, donot trust such units. I will suggest my family and staff not to visit this unit. If you visit, please, obtain all deals in writing. Don't trust on oral commitments.
