Jaldapara Jungle Eco Resort - Resort hotel in Madhya Madarihat, Paschim Madarihat - Alipurduar, India

I was visited this week, Location is not what was expected, It's inside the village area near about 8-9 km from madarihat railway station and 22-24km from falakat railway station. Also for safari(elephant+jeet),you have to travel near about 15km (up+down) to avail the services. Location is surrounded by local village peoples. On Hospitality need to improve with proper informations, it seems at the end tourists are getting misguided as well as harassed. On food not good, not tasty as expected like a resort should be, when you are charging like anything then you should serve accordingly but it seems they are continuously giving excuses, We were four family members, they served us fish from which was coming bad smell and when we complained they were giving excuse, this shouldn't be. Charging like anything for bad smell fish, half of the food menu items listed in menu card they can't prepare and serve I guess. I would recommend people don't select this place for your vacations there are lot's of other options available near madarihat pls go for those.

Poor service and poor quality food.. They served food very late..and staff are not very well behave.... Lot of out siders are there in this resort...and not in good location from Jaldapara National Park.... For getting ticket you have to go 7 km away at 7 pm with local transportation like toto after you booked toto previously... Otherwise the manager of this resort can't help you.... Very much bad experience for me....

Service not so great, have to follow up multiple times. Rest all is good.

I went for vacation. It was package system for us. Rooms are very good and in new condition. But they served food very late and their management system is not strong.

Polite staff, promt and we'll behaved. Tasty food preparation. Neat and tidy. Have stayed with my family, it was a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work..

I enjoyed the days I spent there. Some of the things I liked: Calm and beautiful surrounding Clean and well maintained rooms Great food quality Very co operative and decent staffs You may spot elephants too. Great destinations nearby. Excited to visit again when I get the chance.

Location is not as expected... Village Tea Garden Eco Resorts name may be suitable for this resort.
