Jaldapara Golden Resort - Resort hotel in Madhya Madarihat - Alipurduar, India

Beautiful resort in Jaldapara, 2 Km distance from the Forest entry gate.The hotel environment is very nice, full of tea gardens all around of the resort, parking is available. Rooms and bathrooms are clean & big, bathrooms have water water. Foods are very tasty. Every staff & owner of the hotel is very helpful. It's an ideal place to stay for a group. We visited the place in rainy season which add extra beauty in the tea garden and forest area. Sometime you can see elephants at night . The ambience and silence of this property attract me more Than it's cleanliness and other services. Mainly the garden and trees of different fruits will attract you .Staffs are well behaved and polite. Food was delicious. Undoubtedly we enjoyed the stay. You can visit for one or two nights.

Stayed there for 3 days. Experience was below par overall. In the end we were happy to leave the place. Pros: Location next to an amazing tea garden. Clean rooms with decent space. Polite staff in general. Parking Cons: No intercom service, you gotta call the staff on their mobile numbers for anything you'd need. It was inconvenient for us as we had to call multiple people based on their availability at the time of the day. No Food menu, they cook whatever you order. General items mostly. No Biryani or Pasta we assumed. We didn't enquire on the availability of the latter items. Food was fresh & tasted decent. The biggest problem we faced was with power cuts on all 3 days early morning at around 4 am. On all 3 days we had to call multiple staff members multiple times to turn on the generators. Their staff on this occasion were extremely uncooperative. It was a very uncomfortable experience early morning. We half slept on all 3 days. The resort is someway away from the main road, and the road to the resort is also bad. Tariff is high compared to the services provided. It is a resort but unfortunately it lacks the facilities of even a 2 star hotel right now. Hopefully things will change.

Rooms are great. The property was good, with neatly planted trees and clean premises. But location is a bit far from road towards the tea garden. Also, service was quite ordinary.

Quite nasty rooms and poor service. There is no hot water in the shower head. There are big spiders coming in through the washroom. The toilet is in a run down state. I can go on but you got the picture.

This resort is very nice to see nd also rooms were very neat and clean....environment is so good ...every staffs also cooperate with us very friendly ...foods are also delicious

Good resort in between tea garden and away from noises. Very calm and serene. Food can be better. Overall nice place

We went to Jaldapara Golden Resort for our college excursion. Great experience, great location, surrounded by tea garden, away from the main road so quiet place, great view , lavish cottages.
