Finally Jalans opened in Ghazipur. Opening was really grand. Variety of items available under Men, Women & Kids category as well as grocery store. Attractive discounts make the prices very affordable. But they need to work on crowd management.
Jalan's is also a awesome mega store from there you get variety of brands ,design according to your demand at a budget price for purchasing clothes. From there you may purchase clothes for gents, ladies as well as for your kids also at a reliable price. So overall nice place for purchase cloths.
Worst first time experience at store, billed twice for buy 1 get 1 free item, when pointed the mistake at counter, the behaviour was rude saying we should take more items of similar price rather than returning excess charge. Reason he pointed was that the return process will take half an hour, so to avoid this hassle, we should not ask for excess deduction. However, the supervisor was polite and promptly returned excess charge.
In bag department, Vinay Pratap Singh helped us a lot in shopping, he gave me a good trolley bag and as he said, this bag is cheaper than the market and when we checked in the market, it was actually expensive in the market, thanks Vinay ji. And thank you Jalans
