I love my trip to the Jalandhar Market in Punjab, India. But, I would say, it is not for those who have a faint stomach in eating street food because the vendors literally feed you with their bare hands.You will find everything in this Market, from electronics to jewelry, footwear and clothing and you will get a lot with your money if you know how to bargain good. There is always another store cheaper. You can easily spend whole day going around and you'd still not get enough. There is so much more than what you can see from the outside. If you venture more in smaller alleys, there are hundreds more of shops and eateries in the inner part of the market. If you are around this area... it is a good shopping adventure. Just be careful though coz traffic (humans and vehicles) is a bit uncontrolled so be mindful when walking and don't engage more than necessary with vendors.

It is a local market in jalandhar called Jyoti chowk market. You can have any kind of stuff here varying from clothing to food and jewellery and watches, snacks. Just name the thing you will get the shop in a radius of 300 meters

It's good for winter products mainly for students. Reliable prices with many stores so we can bargain the cost. It's maily called "jyothi chowk". Maily auto transport is available to and from this place. I bought hoodies and blankets here for a reasonable price. For a local visit its good . Maily our clothes and blankets are good and cheap which students can afford.

Jalandhar city is located into Punjab State.. And it is famous for sports articles. It is big city and have many markets.. One from them is Rainik Market near Jyoti chownk... This is specially famous for Day of SUNDAY, because on this day you can purchase things on very less prices as compare to other day from this market. Very crowed on this day..
