The children's area is maintained by Jalposhan Trust. Made out of recycled tyres the swing and other activate good. It gives good physical exercise to the kids. There are rope climbing and climb through tunnels and swing bars.
First thing first The park is around 700 to 800m from the entrance if u coming with small kids be prepared to lift them till there. Park contains different activities to play and they all are good to play above 5 year old. And it also has good sitting play like huli - kuri(tiger - goat) and cauk baaraa (square - box)
One of the best lake in Bengaluru. We went on a Sunday evening. Few people were there & its clean. Serene & calm with varieties of birds. Can spend nice time with family too. Please don't carry food inside the lake & don't feed the fishes & the birds. Good for jogging & walking or a run. Whenever you visit any lake across Bengaluru please don't litter. These lakes are the heart of the City. I love exploring lakes across Bengaluru & they are simply beautiful. Only few are exploited by the visitors.
A very good place for a walk and jog. Children's park and public restrooms are available but it requires maintenance.

This is by far one of the best parks in Bengaluru I have visited so far. With such utilisation of space for lake in itself and recreational activities such as rope climbing, hurdle cross, etc and regular swings and children's play area are so well thought and installed. It makes you wonder how minimally they have planned well to installed them all. The circumferential walk would be a monstrous 5kms! There are some forgotten classic board games carved in granite stones with benches as per two player or four player game. You don't have a dice, no worries they have a solution for that. Need pawns to play, no worries collect some stones playable size to begin your games!! One literally has to visit this lake to believe it. I have heard and seen the sunset photos here, but the evening I visited was all cloudy, so I missed the cherry on top. Will definitely visit again and again.

Big lake for walk. There are 2 gates. One of them has great children play area nearby. Taking off 1 star due to lack of public rest rooms.
