In morning when they dropped me i asked th to drop me off on side of road because everywhere there was very dirty water of sewage but he dropped me off on middle of the road in that dirty water and second thing it is busy road traffic was on because every bus coming from Jaipur delhi come from there any one could have come and hit me up. When i asked him that you have this big bus u was able to drop me in clean area but u couldn't then the conductor threatened me that he will beat me up. I was alone so was not able to speak any single word bht this behaviour with passengers is very bad also initially when i started my journey the passanger who was helping in boarding when i asked him to open luggage compartment he said "do minute shanti karle nahi to rakhwa dunga abhi" it was very rude. I am very disappointed by booking ticket with jakhar travel. I want you to take some serious actions because its Paytm whome we are trusting second thing i am going for filing an FIR today against the bus driver conductor and travel company for threatening passengers

Absolutely pathetic experience with Jakhar Travels. The bus never arrived on the specified time on the pickup point. The number shared by the travels for contact was the number of their office which simply responded in a computerized voice then the phone rings and no one picks up. The office itself was closed during the bus pickup time and none of the phone numbers on the office or the website were attended to. I waited for 2 hours, the bus never came, the phone was never picked. Finally after 2 hours and 60 phone call attempts later the phone was picked up by someone and their response was that you'll get your refund the bus has left. The bus has left how? From where? What is the drivers number? To which the guy doesn't have any response. They don't know who is driving their bus. The GPS on the bus is broken. The number of the driver isn't available. How are we supposed to think that they are in anyway going to take care of the passenger. My experience says they don't.

Never travel to this bus service. Even being paid, the quality of service is poor. Even one star is also not required.

Private bus agency operating bus service from Jodhpur to various cities in Rajasthan and beyond. Like other private bus service providers, rude behavior from staff is a norm. Buses are it very comfortable. Must be used as a last resort if trains are not available.

i am travelling by jakhar travels. third class service.it deserve no star. 5_6 passengers shifted in an auto in the name of cab facility. 10_ 15 rural passengers are standing in bus gallary like cattle. some are trying to sit on my lower birth. it is a non ac bus @ 600/- fare. very bad experience. never book on line at jakher travels.

The graet jakhar travels...worst travel agency i have ever travelled with. General railway is better than this. Driving is very rash. Local sellers come to sale edibles No safety Rude staff in bus ( though ground staff in office is friendly) Based on my travel from jodhpur to delhi. Please dont book with them even if that means missing an important event

The whole bus I rat smelled dead / too bad no ac working no fan working also changing point not working And ticket price 1000 bus number 0002,better government bus than this

Quality of service is good by Jakhar Travels but there is no blanket provided by bus provider also in return journey there is no punctuality of time.
