Worst ever travel agency conductor driver both fool public as they took 4 hours to reach jodhpur from nakoda ji by filling bus more than the capacity.
Extremely poor service and staff. Very unhygienic, unprofessional. Driver keeps on letting people sit in bus with no reservations. Bus was occupied with 70 to 80 people, though the capacity was 36 only. I am traveling ahmedabad to jodhpur in their one of the best volvo busses.
My journey was hell from gandhidham to jodhpur, bus was full of foam sheets kept inside the bus so we couldn't sleep and when asked the staff for clear it,they argued and fought too,finally i called police and they gave them a lesson, i posted a video also,these people are looting passengers and misbehaving also, driver and staff insults passengers and the management staff of jakhar travels are blind and dumb. I recommend others to skip jakhar travels are any cost. I travelled in aug 2022 and the worst journey of my life
Better choose another travels if you have better option. * Poor customer service. * Poor customer response. * Bus not fit long journey. * Frustrating delay in journey. * unwanted and unnecessary stops drag the journey. * untidy, dirty & unhygienic lavatories in the stops unsafe especially for ladies.
DO NOT USE this company. We arrived to check in and were told the bus had been canceled and would be going with an alternative company. We had to wait an additional 2 hrs and now been loaded onto an overfull bus where two of us are sharing a single sleeper...despite having been given a seat number. Complete joke! Stay clear...don't go with Jain Travels either, theirs is the bus we have been moved to and it is bursting at the seams with people completely clogging the aisles and rammed into the sleepers.
Jakhar is doing good among all thr travels.. The best part is jakhar always does call to their traveller before the journey to make sure travellers availability n their pick up which makes it more reliable n efficient. Where as i have very bad experience with Laxmi and jain travels from gujrat. They missed me one time.

I will suggest you to choose this hostel because this hostel is very near to all major coaching. There food quality is far better than others. Very friendly behavior staff. There is 24x7 CCTV so there is no fear of theft.
