Very beautiful and clean lake. This lake is very famous. It is taught in the art history books of Rajasthan and questions related to it are asked in various competitive exams.There is a mountain on one side of this lake and road and mountain on the other side. There is a palace built in the middle of the lake. Many tourists come here to see. Foreign tourists also come here a lot.And enjoy the view of this lake. A small park has also been developed on the banks of the lake which is quite beautiful.

Bundi Fort is a beautiful fort of the 17th century. It stills bears the memories of royal splendor of he Rajput era. Only a part of the fort is repair-renovated, hence cannot watch the entire fort. However, still has offensive smell of bats. The canteen is closed due to COVID, hence need to carry own food & water.

Around 2 km from the town, lying adjacent to Taragarh hill, the picturesque Jait Sagar Lake is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Bundi. This 1.5 km long lake is encircled by hills and is sprinkled with lotus during monsoon and winter months. A visit to this lake is one of the most popular excursions from Bundi and is easily accessible through city's local transport. Placed amidst a serene natural setting of mountains, the lake was commissioned by Jaita Meena. The surroundings of the lake are extremely soothing and peaceful. There is a fountain too near the lake, which looks extremely enchanting at night. The lake is also quite popular as a picnic spot amongst locals as well as tourists. Jait Sagar Lake has Sukh Mahal on one of its banks. This is a small summer palace with beautiful terraced gardens where Rudyard Kipling stayed when he was writing his novel Kim. One the eastern bank of the lake is Kshar bagh or garden that consists of 66 Chattris or cenotaphs of the kings and the queens of the region. Another attraction of Bundi placed near the lake is Shikhar Burj. Nice and clean Lake. There is a tent hotel which is good for bird watching.

This is a pool where king and queen took bath daily but now water in it is turned into green colour,either because of rain or low maintainance.size of this pool is collosal.

This Lake has its own beuty , in morning specially , when you visit ,you will be blessed with awesome fresh lotus flowers ,and the birds voice in morning is very relaxing , take a walk in the morning to explore peace , and if you love adventure and trekking you can plan a hike to the small hill otherside of the lake , its a small hike for morning and above the hill there is a temple .
