Jaisamand Lake - Lake in Umren - Alwar, India

Due to scanty rainfall there is no water available in the lake.. it's may month end the weather is so hot at their peak level temperature about 44deg celsius... local residents are growing their crops in the lake area ... Best time to visit the lake in the monsoon season

Too good area for picnic and visit. I have took visit with friends. Evening time many people came for spending time. Lake was looking beautiful. Not maintained. Most of attraction not maintained in alwar.. govt should think about the maintenance of attraction of Alwar.

Only for rain session.... Otherwise waste of time and money and efforts ....Very dirty place, people's use lake area as a dustbin

As others says there is no water in the lake now. only morning and evening time is good time to spend time here but after dark alcoholic people gathers there for enjoyment. this time family person should avoid.

It's a lake made by the kings for storing water which is now dried and farming is done, it's only during rainy season it is worth visiting. Local crowd is not friendly, no shops and liquor stores nearby, couples are not encouraged

Good place for recreation and some spots can be treated as picnic points as well. Require cleaning efforts abd maintenance from government.

Wonderful & Beautiful , request the Rajasthan Government to work in developing such a wonderful historical places, otherwise they will be ruined!
