Exceptional experience... All thanks to our driver/Chauffeur - Jitendra bhaiya (attached his photo).. The experience with this taxi service in Jaisalmer was truly exceptional.. we booked a cab for 3 days. Calling in and booking for the service was smooth and easy which we did in advance (almost 2-3 weeks prior). The service included pickup from the train station (Jaisalmer) and drop to our hotel room for a quick nap and fresh up session.. The next 3 days were really smooth with Jitendra as he was the most courteous, very well behaved, respectful and helpful Chauffeur. His driving was butter smooth. After driving 15 years I can assure you that on a manual car, the gear shifts durations can be lil jerky for the passengers, but our Chauffeur took care of that to perfection. I am really thankful to Jaisalmer Taxi service and Jitendra bhaiya for making our trip experience exceptional..
Easy to use and good communication. We booked a private transfer from Jaisalmer to Udaipur for 11,000 rupees which I am told is pretty decent, some others quoted 12,000 for two people and luggage. We were promised a Sedan Toyota Ethios and were made to pay full price for it also which we happily and readily did, but to our dismay we were sent a small car and then the person tried to convince us that that is what they call a "sedan" Highly disappointing service and behaviour with clients who are willing to pay full price for the services - there was no reason to lie at all. I am going to post pictures of the car shortly from now so there is no dispute in our interpretation of story. Wow the man is a liar and tried to rebut my story by saying we did not contact him when he knows we did - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND MAN!
