Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa - Hotel in Jaisalmer, Kishan Ghat - Jaisalmer, India

Awesome and wholesome experience. All the staff, right from the gate keeper, to the reception, room service, food and beverage department...everyone was a delight to interact with. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend for family or friend groups. They made our stay so memorable that I hope to return there again just to experience their hospitality. The facilities, ambience and overall look and feel of the place is par excellence. The best part of our Rajasthan trip was stay at the Marriott, Jaisalmer.

A really amazing experience in Jaisalmer - an oasis of rest and calm. Combines the best of Indian hospitality with Marriott's Corporate professionalism. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff going the extra mile. Even with buffets they customized food for us where possible. Great dining options - a wide variety of Indian, Asian and Continental dishes. A truly memorable experience. The property itself is beautifully appointed- they use a lot of traditional artifacts and styles which give the place a feel of splendor. The rooms are large and comfortable and nicely done with views either of the fort or of the courtyard. They have a great sized swimming pool. I would urge them to play a role in helping women in the local Jaisalmer community and employing and training them to be part of the hotel staff. I am also not a big fan of Hindu Gods and Goddesses being used as decoration- may be more appropriate to use neutral figures.

Staying in this resort was like a life time experience. Really loved the environment and staff is so courteous and humble. The property is so beautiful and the food they served was on the next level of deliciousness. Their breakfast menu was so vast. You just name it and you will get it in no time. Really enjoyed our time in the swimming pool and the luxury of the room we stayed in. This is a must visit property really really loved my stay here.

We stayed here for 1 Night for our transit to Jaipur. I must say JW Marriott Never disappoints us in regards to hospitality. The rooms where spacious Clean And soothing. The reception staff. Restaurant staff specially Satyaprakashji, Surajji, Sachinji, Nidhiji and Ganpatji where on their toes to complete all our wish. And would also like to thank Mohitji from the reservations to help us book at the best price. I really thank them all to make my stay worthful ... Thank you Team Marriott

Me and my wife stayed for 2 days. Rooms were big. Property was huge like resort. Breakfast had many options. We booked room facing oasis for extra money. But Oasis was not working. So felt bad. Highly recommended

We stayed here for 2 days in Jaisalmer and overall it was a very nice experience. The property is a bit far away from the fort however one can get a very nice view from Wyra, the open rooftop restaurant. The rooms are pretty spacious with all modern amenities one would expect in a Marriott Resort and the bed is just huge. The food is very tasty and they also are ready to customise it as per your taste buds in spite of being very busy (the hotel is almost always fully booked during tourist season). The staff behaviour is really nice and they are very helpful. Also, there are events and activities organised by the hotel every evening which definitely adds to the experience. However, we had a few hikkups during our stay which prevents me from rating it a 5 star experience- the room keys were not working and getting a duplicate key was a bit of a hassle, the intercom was not working when we checked in and we checked in pretty late so would have expected more diligence in ensuring rooms are fine before a check-in, and what troubled me the most is that after the welcome ceremony (which is pretty grand), no one escorted us to our room or showed us the property or guided us on the events/ activities which one would expect while booking a luxury resort. However, the staff did their best to make our stay a good one by making up for it in several ways and that was really nice of them but still these are things I would love them to take care of for our next visit :)

I went for dinner with my 2 other friends. Mr. Suraj provided us the best Service and hospitality. We really appreciate his effort to make our dinner great. Price was 1800 + taxes (buffet). They were having a variety of dishes but taste was ok ok, not so good. I will not prefer to go again for dinner. But yeah, may be for stay.

Clean, spacious, reliable and offering a succulent and big breakfast (both Indian and continental). Everybody in the staff is so eager to make a good impression that they often go an extra mile to make you feel welcome. The pool was under maintenance, but the short stay was still worth the price.
