Fabulous 2 night stay in the desert in a small camp of 20 tents. Great food lovely ambiance fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Peacocks, goats rabbits also in the camp. Really great fireside entertainment- the dancer was particularly good. Trips to dunes to ride camel and watch sunset, and a trip to an old abandoned village where we were the only tourist Service impeccable

Staff will go the extra mile to make your experience here worth all the money and then some. The tents are very lux and comfortable .. most facing the sunrise .. mornings are awesome as well. Sunset with camel rides, jeep rides on the dunes and night sky watching from distant dunes are to die for. No on minimal internet makes all the distractions fade away.. just enjoy the natural beauty.,

After having gone through reviews of numerous camps, we narrowed in on this one. Thankfully our choice was perfect. Pros: Location- This camp is around 1 kms away from the main road and other clusters of camps. Hence it is secluded and peaceful. Also the dunes where other camps being tourists for jeep safari is quite close by. Elk up to a nice dune and enjoy the sunset and sunrise Food-food was surprisingly good. Both dinner and breakfast were finger licking tasty. Spread was also quite elaborate. Tent-clean and well maintained. Restrooms were clean and hygienic with hot water available between 730 am to 930am. Cultural program- singers and the dancers were good as well and kept us entertained through the evening. Service- staff were quite warm and hospitable. Definitely a positive note on the support staff Overall this place is definitely worth visiting

Good experience,when you visit here take 1 packet of bread for fishes(amazing experience of giving food to fishes in lake).You can do here boating and view temple.

We were a family of 6 and booked 3 tents for one night. Had an excellent and a memorable experience. The camp is located about a KM off from the main rush at Sam. The secluded location gives you the peace and quiet that we were eagerly looking forward for. Given that we went there immediately after Diwali, there was a huge tourist rush in this sector. The tranquility at Jaisalmer Desert camp sam sead dunes was immensely welcome :-) Food is good. Mostly traditional local cuisine. They will take you for the Sunrise/Sunset trip to an almost private dune. So the experience was awesome all quiet and relaxing. We took the camel ride for one of the trips and walked for the other one. Pretty close to the camp and a nice walk. - Staff is very good and helpful. I arrived a couple of hours behind the original plan. They sent a car to help me navigate the final stretch. All in all: great experience and definitely highly recommended

During our recent Joisalmer visit, we had a one night stay at Jaeslmer Desert Camp. This is a niche camp with 20 tents far away from the "touristy" places on the Jaisalmer-Sam road. It provides impeccable service and very warm hospitality. The owner - Hasim- is extremely well travelled himself and is very passionate about what his camp and what his team has achieved here. The evening jeep and camp safari shouldn't be missed and the sunset on the sand dunes is a great place experience, especially since this part of the desert isn't crowded. The evening cultural show showcases Rajashtan at its best. Don't miss the awesome starry nights! The food is great, home cooked and warmly served. Everyone goes above and beyond to deliver a great experience. For the discerning traveller, Jaisalmer Desert camp is the perfect hideaway. Would highly recommend this desert camp over all the other camps you will find on the Sam road!,,

Good hospitality and nice people . Food is also homely and tasty. Kids liked the space and enjoyed the evening cultural program. Tens are well maintained and neat. Did not have any issue in our stay.

We stayed at Jaisalmer Desert camp sam saed dunes for 1 night. Excellent stay with great food, fantastic hospitality. The tents were great with comfortable bedding, comforters to keep you warm in the winter nights and a heater. The evening with folk dance,music and puppet show with appetizers being served around a bonfire was very relaxing. We did Dune bashing and camel ride at a relatively isolated spot, away from the maddening crowd. The sunset at the Thar with hot cup of tea was an unforgettable experience. Recommend this camp to people who prefer quiet holidays away from the crowds and noise. We loved it and will surely recommend it to all our friends and family.
