Pathetic service. Owner thinks every one who comes there are bikaris. He treats customers as if they are born poor and will be poor always. That's how he makes you feel.Chutiya saala. He must be educated on customer service first. And he is selling a yellow sapphire stone which is literally broken for 1,80,000 and he says it's the best quality in India. Please don't go to this place. Better check for other options in Jayanagar.

I have purchased "Yellow sapphire" and "pearl" from here. First i would like to say that understanding the quality of gem and it's appropriate cost is very very difficult topic. I don't think there is any standard of pricing. So best thing is do good research by going to multiple stores for pricing. On that note I feel JaipurGemsNJwells is good option. Owner is quite straight forward about price and quality and has good collection of gems. Though they have very less staff (only 3 people) so I feel you need to give more time. They can improve here as you need to wait more if more customers r dere. Apart from dat as I mentiined earlier do good research before buying ny gems. So my recommendation is you should at least visit there if u r looking for gems. Thanku

Fake reviews, if you see the reviewer with more than 10 reviews in their contribution are all fake/fabricated. I didn't see that before going. Low quality stones are overly priced and makes customer wait for no reason and the owner doesn't listen to our requirements. Such a waste of time. Would not recommend.

Not good. I paid a good amount for consultation. Within 10 mins it was completed. I had more questions but the expert did not answer. He kept insisted that for now I go for the stone that they are suggesting and after that they'll see. He shared the basic information which I knew. Also, when I kept asking about the suggestion of palm lines, he suggested me to cut the palm to correct the lines. That was very rude.

I am writing my review after 3 months approx. During this time i interacted with everyone working here multiple times and purchased a gemstone. Firstly, it would be better to start with past reviews and i found "not some negative reviews here is correct". I admit the prices are high but one has to think of what quality of gemstone they are looking. depending on the cut, clarity and carat buy the cheaper or the expensive one.. i was shown and given all options to choose from. From the behavioural prospective, almost everyone i found very kind, mannered and responsive offline/online. rude behaviour towards their employee or customer was not seen. Moreover, if you are in hurry pls do not go. visit the store only when you have time, they will attend you like first come first serve. Thank you very much, i will visit again.

I felt it's authentic and best solution for getting all (consultation + gems+ making) under single place

I had recently purchased here worth nearly a lac. There are lot of gray area which a layman like me does not understand in gems market. Staff behavior here seems to be spooky for me and they are not trust worthy as I perceive them. I feel its unjustifiably expensive here. There are better places to get good quality gems/stones. I would suggest to AVOID these people. I will ho to to same shop again only for complaints with my purchase (if any...I hope not) but never again for any new purchanse. Overall..think twice before choosing this shop.

You can consult astrology on prior appointment in their shop only if unaware of your stones according to your birth chart. They have different varieties and qualities.. Based on the highest purity of impurities in the stone the cost ranges from low to high. They show you all varieties and explain the difference in the cost and quality. If you want to buy genuinely then this is best place for the stones .
