I desire a more customer-centric approach from them, rather than solely prioritizing financial gains. The ask price and the value they deliver seems to be completely misaligned. They excel only in pricing, but in all other aspects, their performance is lacking. Many individuals may have invested their hard-earned money based on the builder's grand promises, but judging from the final product, it appears we are dealing with a disappointment.

Bought a 2BHK apartment here... Going to move in shortly... Great amenities.. Very nice community...

I should have given a 5-star rating, but there are flaws like 1. Delay in Handing over the apartments 2. Delay in getting an Occupation certificate 3. Delay is landscape done. 4. Survisors are really bad, don't respond. 5. Some of the people in sales are very bad and rude.

It's a good upcoming gated community with all the latest amenities with the best construction quality I have witnessed in the secunderabad area.

Ofcourse, visited this place. Good place to live.A to H block apartments are being constructed. What I heard is 80% flats have been booked. Total 520 flats are bring constructed. Club house tennis court, badminton court construction under way. Road side shops are being sold for fixing wooden cup boards n glass fittings etc. Though the price of flats is a bit high, HIGs can purchase for cool n safe living.2,3 and 4 BHK s are available fir purchase. Good centre for living. Though seemingly a bit costly, it is priced according to market rates. After 1st January prices may go up, what the supervisors advised.. I think upto Sankranthi old rates may prevail, on request by purchasers. Safilguda, Anandbag is such a place you need not worry for any thing. All are available at this place. Both Patny and Mettuguda metro stations at 4 km distance from where you have good commuting convenience like buses, sutos, cabs etc.

Not a pleasant visit. They discuss price only if you have finalized on the apartment and have all the cash/ money ready. Never saw such an attitude. We went for a visit with some interest but the sales teams attitude killed all the interest.
