Never take tickets from this company. They will lie the seat number and conductors over crowd the bus despite. Rude behaviour from conductor and driver and no proper response from jain travels. Basically they know that the customer will not come back so all they do is give false commitment. Never book a ticket from this company or else you will suffer a lot. Jain travels

Excellent bus for long distance travel. Only one problem is that toilet is not clean and stinky. Any passengers, especially ladies would prefer this bus, due to toilet facility. They should look into this. Rest all is good.

Very bad experience from Udaipur to Sri ganganagar bus. Bus keep stops to pick local passengers, even its stopping to pick school and college students just like the local city bus. I think driver and conductor are more interested in making money then the passengers time and safety.

My geniune advice - Do not travell from Jain Travels. Specially - 5:30 evening bus. One of the worst experience of my life. I am travelling from past 17 years in Vadodara Jodhpur and vice versa Route. I was travelling from Jodhpur to Vadodara. Worst staff I had ever seen. They are diverting thier personal anger on passengers. No proper answers regarding timings, seat issues, service quality. I have booked a complete sleeper for my comfort. There was no inside window glass of my sleeper. No proper answer and solution for that given to me. A complete open. Even they had given a double sleeper to thier acquaintance person. But does.not have any proper solution for me. no charging point(but they have stated in their portfolio) , no window openers so I could not aopem window (as it was Non AC book). I don't how many issues I should include in this reviews. 0 things I found good in this. I want to give minus stars. But no option is there. So giving 1star. I hope Jain Travels rectify this.

I have travelled many times with jain travels, services at that time was excellent.i have travelled in the year 2004 till 2009. From jodhpur to jaipur that time there were good drivers and conductors. Bus use to only stop at the offices from where passengers had to be picked up. Problems faced from udaipur to jodhpur having a seating seat because of illnesses 1.

It was a wrong decision to take jain travels ticket very stupid person used abused language when I was asking for bus timing don't know how to talk to person. He was tall boy and very small hair . I traveled by bus from Jodhpur(RAJ) to Lahar(MP) in Jain Travels which was the worst journey of my life. The seats and curtains of the bus were very dirty and there was a foul smell. Charging points were not working. Don't hold the bus at the right time for tea, water and toilet.
