Jain Residency seems to be a paradox. To be associated with Jainism so closely and to be so infuriatingly unclean. When people say "Jainism is not a religion, its a way of life," what DOESN'T come to mind is BALLS of hair strewn across the bathroom floor and crumbs of UNIDENTIFIED foods on the table that looked like it had never seen soap before. The politeness of the owner maybe compensates, what, 20 per cent? But in all honesty there is no reason why this property should exist. If there were something that could hurt religious sentiments, let it be the condition in which Jain Residency stands today.
Best place in pachmarhi in your budget. But best part is the photos of room they show, are more bigger than expection, we thought it will not comfortable for 4 person a single room, but after visit its more better for 8 person easily, Jumbo room the provide. Plz visit dont worry about rooms they are awesome and big.
Location is as good as affordable restaurants and breakfast shops are very near.
One of the worst Services. Because of the festival going on at Pachmarhi. They cancelled the Pre Booking . Which was booked one month ago
Pathetic, room and service . Cost is very high As it's Jain room so it will have multiple restrictions. If money isn't problem , stay somewhere else. Make sure before visiting panchmarhi, book all these hotels in advance , before the weekend other wise charges for hotels are high.
It was an okay experience here, hotel is situated near Gandhi chowk near main market of Pachmarhi. If you have travelled with your own car like us, there won't be any parking space provided by hotel, you would have to park vehicle in one of the parking areas which are about 500m away from hotel. Service provided was okay, but don't expect much from them. Hotel entrance is very narrow that you might miss it, if driving, hence pay attention to the sign boards. You can easily get to places like bison lodge from here it is about 1.5 km only and you can find gypsy near this hotel as well, if you want to roam areas which are not under forest department. For food, you can find multiple options in very small radius, there is a square which has many options and restaurants available for your appetite and taste.
The owner is very cooperative . The rooms are okay, the service is good. Also the location is very good you will get everything to eat nearby. There is a general store in front of the hotel where you can even ask them to make maggie and other foods . Also you can ask for thier vehicle to go and get small thing from nearby markets
This hotel took our booking in the name of Jain Hotel that was fraud and Jain Hotel is another hotel, that is complete hotel with restaurant. When we reach the Jain Residency we found that he is provided wrong information and take advance from us in the name of Jain Hotel. When we are ask for refund he is dined.

The room we stayed in, 209, was a corner one with large glass windows on 2 of the 4 walls. The sight outside was lovely. The room was spacious and pretty comfortable. The hotel is very tastefully designed and the nature escape beside the main buildin
Rooms were nice, clean, spacious, service was also good. Geyser was there for hot water. No disturbance. Location was good, connected with market, food outlets and many points. Owner was polite, helpful
good. It being one of the few restaurants in Pachmarhi to serve non veg, we hopped in. The taste of every dish was quite good though it was a little bit pricey.
This is a beautiful point form where you can see the valley and nature. You might get get a chance to see birds It is a peaceful place. Great valley with mesmerising view.....must visit!
