On the way to Darjeeling from Gangtok. Pure vegetarian hotel with very tasty steaming hot food. Taste the juice bottle it's awesome. We drank litchi and loved it.

Since this is completely hilly area finding pure veg option is rare. This restaurant serves just that. To be honest it is not great in taste but surely it's non offensive and universal. After roaming at many places you would always wish to have some simple food that takes care of stomach. Go for it.
