I don't know if they are humans or not. Sikkim has just got flooded and more than 3000 people are still stuck in the area and in this time of emergency they are not even bothered to approve a refund. They only care about money and not your safety and security. I contacted many govt offices in Gangtok about the condition and all of them recommended NOT TO TRAVEL AT THIS TIME as the situation is so bad right now. I requested to them to initiate a refund via WhatsApp, email, google chat, Goibibo customer service with utter politeness but they ignored me like I am asking for their money. ITS MY MONEY. I have already recommended some of my friends not to book rooms in this hotel and going to spread the injustice that happened to me to everyone possible. I talked to Goibibo and they said its upto the hotelier's mood whether he'll consider a refund or not. And the hotelier completely denies it. This is a scam going on. Will never ever do a booking with this monstrous group. Shame on you.
one of the best hotels in have ever visited. good food, service staff is very polite. for vegetarians, this is good place to stop by. hotel were able to arrange for all the cabs to visit places at same cost available outside in market. views are fantastic. privacy hassle free checkin and out service staff of awesome
