Very bad experience esp because of Hotel Manager - Rajesh .
Don't be fooled by 4.5 rating - primarily given by larger Gujrati group tours who inflate ratings and get focussed special experience in return.
Overpriced for services provided - Charged 6k per room per night which was an almost 2x - 3x inflated rate.
Water in bathrooms is an issue - When complained and asked to provide an alternate bathroom to take a shower - Manager replied in a sarcastic rude tone - " Should I ask other guests to get out for you to take shower" , as if we were staying on charity and made us take shower in room being used by some other guest .
Hotel boasts of mountain view but all mountain view rooms will be given to Gujrati group tours .
Manager had absolutely no decency and etiquette and was observed fighting loudly with multiple guests .
For 6k, go for more reputed brands and maybe come and eat food here if you need Jain food
Keepsa hotel is very good, Neet and clean HHospitality isexlent staff including maneger is also very carying

Truly enjoyable stay. Pure-veg hotel with excellent food and good options (their meal plan highly recommended). Great service by the team at the restaurant including Rishabh. Special mention to Deepika's amazing hospitality.
Best hotel in Gangtok. Incredible views of all the city, next to the palace and the temple. Very quiet and relaxing. Luxury room, incredibly comfortable king bed. Very polite and helpful staff, also gym and spa available, and great room service. We celebrated my husband's birthday in the hotel, and we will always remember these beautiful days. Don't hesitate to go there!
We had an awesome experience at Keepsa Residency, Gangtok. Special thanks to the manager Mr Rajesh Barik, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable & to provide Gujarati jain food for us. Hotel location is superb, being just 3 mins walk down to the Mall road & M G market. Rooms are very good with Kanchenjunga right in front of you. We are thankful to each & everyone in the hotel restaurant & to Mr Laxman & Miss Pragati who anchor the reception of the hotel.
This place is amazing, near the shopping area of M G Road . Wonderful view of Gangtok. Amazingly tasty food for specially those coming from Gujarat by Ajay Modi. What to say for service, the staff is so polite and we'll behaved and always ready to meet our expectations. The spa is also very moderately price and the therapist is very knowledgeable. In all if Gangtok it's keepsa. Loved to stay for three nights.
Incredible views, luxury rooms, very clean and with hot water always. My wife and I celebrated my birthday there and I can tell you, the room and especially the bed is so comfortable and cozy that is difficult to leave the room and the hotel. Anyway, everything is available in the hotel and the stuff is so attentive, so why to go out..
Spa, restaurant, room-service and a gym is available.
We will never forget this relaxing days..
