Nice hotel. Staff's behaviour and service are good. It's resturant is also good. Room delivery of food is nice and hygienic at no extra charge. Only lunch is not available in restaurant. But it is not issue. They suggest good place at walking distance for lunch.They are honest in giving services. Photos of hotel are same as posted by hotelier or visitors.
I am writing this review on 12th of may, 2023. I had booked this room for 2 nights. 1st of all they had given us a room in basement which is suffocating. Secondly from 1st night itself, we have found out that there is no water coming in room. The flush is not working. When we asked the reception person he told that the problem persists for all rooms. So my question is when you are running a hotel, whose responsibility is it to maintain the rooms? Plus the hotel is far away from MG Marg & the surrounding is also very very poor. So please be aware before booking this hotel. I should have given negative rating to this hotel but alas I cant.
Cheap and pathetic !! The hotel is very money minded and doesn't care about guests at all. They did not agree for cancellation and refund even though we were stuck in North Sikkim because of land slides and could not check in.
Please dont waste your money on this hotel. 1st of all they will not provide you with a good room, rather they will try to accommodate you in basement rooms which are stinky. No wifi, no water in bathrooms & they will give excuse that due to landslide these services are hampered. This hotel is also far away from MG Marg. Plus the food is also not upto the mark. Please think twice before booking.
Worst experience ever. Rooms are dirty, stinky. Staff behaviour was not good. They will try to give you rooms in basement where basic amenities are also not available.
It was really a great experience for me to stay in this Hotel. young staff crew is awesome and active. i would like to mention the staff name especially MAHEN, RANA and KARAN for such a nice cooperation and company. they made me feel good and comfortable. especially, I would appreciate MAHEN's dedication and Honesty, Keep smiling Bro. I was afraid to live in a strange place lonely but gradually I mingle with Hotel staff and personally explored many things in Gangtok. it was my educational trip where I had some work in SMU. I must say, the people of Gangtok is very polite and friendly. They know very well how to treat a guest.
One of the best view hotels in Gantok I must say, Food items are veg but food taste were awesome. If you looking for good room view then this is the hotel for you or else it is 1.5 kms far from MG marg. Manager and staffs are very courteous and helpful.
It was a pleasent experience at this property. The rooms were very spacious especially the bathroom , the view from the hotel was breathtaking, you get to enjoy the beauty of Sikkim at her fullest. The staffs were very helpful,friendly and well behaved. The food of this hotel was amazing!! Though the location of this hotel being its only negetive point however it is well connected to the rest of the places as taxis are always available.
