Jai Shiv Kachori Bhandar 'Shibboji' - Restaurant in Aligarh - Aligarh, India

After seeing lots of youtube channel and Google and fame about this kachori shop we decided to go from noida to Aligarh on bikes this time for this kachori..started at 6.30 via khurja,we reached by 8.15 at famouse kachori of Aligarh ..deep inside dense market not good place just for few sitting arrangement, we ordered 3 plates of Kachori..it was served in plates with one dry vegetable and chach..kachori was like pudi deep fried with hardness and it was just like papped..no filling was there..I couldn't understand what is this pappadi, puri, or but afcourse not kachori..no taste,neither sabji nor raita..nothing was taste ..just name nothing else..we get far- far better kachori in road side of Noida..so advised please don't go and waste your money here , its waste of time and money..its nothing..we all left ,couldn't eat it, it was so hopeless..! this youtube almost give wrong informations. For just to earn few bugs...be careful before going after seeing youtube channels...!

Staff service is good. Sabji teste is very simple. Prices are very high. Filling in puri is in very low quantity.

Best kachori in the country very delicious and tasty you will not get this type of kachori anywhere else

The food is superb..., especially the pooris (yes, over kachoris). Service too is kinda quick given the number of people who come here to eat. I would have given the atmosphere a rating of 4, but it's kind of okay, or say it's quite unique. You sit in a confined space with strangers, all with the goal of eating the same food along with you. It's just totally different place. It's not big, yes but it's awesome. That's why a rating of 5. As for the quality of food, it's great!

Must have poori/kachori fried in desi ghee with unlimited potato mesh sabji and raita. The taste is unique. Very generous and kind behaviour. I would strongly recommend them.

It is a very old shop for desi ghee kachori and i used to be regular foodie here. In the past, the food was very good, when the actual owner's father/grandfather was alive but now the quality is way below their standard. 1. Quality of of almost everything is deteriorating. Kachori are no more kachori but papad, sabji has lost its taste. 2. Raita used to be thick, but now it is like plain water with no proper spices taste, except yellow chilli. Current generation owners need to focus on quality and service.

Tast is good but oily

As price increases kachori become thin and thin.. I believe they lost his originality....
