I joined the gym as a New Year Resolution to make my body fit and be healthier. The equipments are all very good. The trainers give us personal care and personal workouts. All of the trainers have a pleasant and helping mentality to serve the people in neeed!. Do join the gym as it has been a fantastic experience for me for the last 1 month.

I would say this is a great gym in Trivandrum because its trainer is so good in training with great facilities!. The current rate is 1000Rs for body fitness!. The gym is very good in terms of facilities and trainer treatment!.
It was a good experience when i first joined in 2018. After the lockdown i lost my health and fitness and i rejoined jai gym and it was as if i never left. Ongoing training and on the path to be strong. The attitude towards each individual and the effort put into each person's workout is what makes jai gym stand out among others.
