Worst service ever, AC is not working (in whole journey) and they charged 800. Don't ever book ticket from here, either go for government bus or train. Staff behaviour is very rude and they are unhygienic,unpolite, chew tobacco all the time and shouts at every passenger who questions them regarding services.
Dont remember olden days when it was having fast service. Today I travelled in thier bus it took 3 hours for patna to muzaffarpur and tottally 6 hours for motihari. Which is just 165 kms. Either owner or quality control should look into the matter. Other wise days are not far when it will be only goods carrier. Seat condition pathetic. Ac cooling dull. Started from patna 15.40.
Bus was totally dirty in a worst conditions and they took 800 for ac but ac was not available and in that case we didn't get refund plZ if anyone wants to travel i suggest not travel with this its very worst kind of bus

One of the worst bus. Bus owner And staff misbehaving with me. I will never recommend anyone to book this bus. very bad service. Bus started 1 hour before from the boarding point and when I asked them the reason then one of the staff name Ankur dixit misbehave with me and told me that he will throw my luggage from the bus and used vulgar words. If possible please take action against him.
