Jai Farm - Resort hotel in Roha, Balhe - Raigad, India

The property is located just a short distance from the highway, off the Kundalika river. We were a group of 4 friends who had booked the villa with 4 rooms. All 4 rooms on both floors had an exquisite view of the tree cover and river around. The villa was well maintained and newly renovated. The bathrooms too were clean and hygienic. Since the property is located in an isolated and secluded area off the main highway there are no shops or restaurants nearby. It is advisable to shop from the main city on your way to the property. Food is available at the property at an added price. They provide veg, chicken and fish options as part of their lunch dinner and breakfast package. Would recommend since there is no other food joint nearby and also the food we ate was well made. Overall it was a great experience. The Rafting activity which is the main attraction in Kolad has its ending point near the property. We visited the place during the first rains and were welcomed with lush green forests and pleasant weather. The owner, Mr. Rajiv as well was really hospitable and helpful. Definately one of the better and well maintained establishments in Kolad.

The farm-to-table food is delicious, using organic ingredients from their garden. The staff is warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The farm also provides unique experiences such as organic farming and workshops on sustainable living. Jai Farms is a must-visit for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. 2 things To be prepared for, 1.There's nothing around so get the food pre ordered from the farm 2. Lot of bugs at night and I'm attaching videos of hundreds of small ants which disturbed our sleep for the entire night. We left the next day and never got any refund for 2nd night. They will keep asking for 100% money in advance and won't book anything without it even though you've paid the entire room deposit. The owner helped us in reaching the destination and explaining the directions late at night. Tree house is not exactly a tree house which one expects normally, it's just built at a height near a tree. Washroom wasn't clean and was all sticky. We were charged more than 15000 per night for the treehouse which is very expensive, better go to nearby resorts like Rudra or Rockhill resort. Once you pay here, don't expect any refund even if you haven't got what you paid for.

Perfect place to spent quiet evenings being in nature, listening to mesmerising sounds of jungle. Good view from treehouse. Courteous and well behaved staff. Good accommodation with availability of hot water. Waterfall to enjoy nearby with natural pool. A different experience altogether...

It's an awesome place for you weekend get away. It was such an amazing experience of living in a tree house. The owner of the property is so kind helpful. He made sure that we visit all the near by places and make the beat out of our trip. P.S (Only Jio network is available around the place that too very weak)

Most amazing experience into the woods. Key highlights: hospitality of the staff and the owner is amazing, they made sure my stay was comforting and cozy. The food was nostalgic for ppl who love and miss those homely meals from native. It was wholesome ! Can't wait to visit again during monsoon and winters. Feedback: the rooms with bathtubs can be fitted with some thin grills on windows, this will avoid Flys and insects to get in.

Rajiv the care taker is very rude and will charge you even for the things not used while you stay there. Rajiv is a fraud and worst person to talk to. The property is not well maintained and doesn't look like the pictures posted. You will be disappointed. Especially in rainy season you can see small insects everywhere in the room such as snails and cockroaches.

It was an awesome experience staying here. Greenery, wooden cottage, bathtub, dining arrangement, food quality, all was excellent. Stay, food, and hospitality kodus to Jai farm people.
