Jaguli Chaumatha - Historical landmark in Barajaguli, Dighapara - Nadia, India

This is the very busiest place in Haringhata. Flyovers is under constructions National highway project. This four point square are connected four different route..Kolkata ,krishnanagar ,Kalyani expressway, kanchrapara station and lastly connected Jossore road via gaighata Bongaon.Kolkata to North Bengal Bus are departure and stopped here.

Very traffic congested place. It is a very important crossing of roads. Here state highway is crossing National highway, the heart line connecting south bengal and north bengal.

Work on progress for road

Road construction is going on for last few years but no such satisfactory progress and working substitute road condition is too much bad and risky

It was good before , but now there is too much dust particles in that area , roads are not well developed and it become very dangerous for drivers as well as pedestrians during rain .

Extremely polluted- Air pollutants (dust). Very Unhealthy for outdoor activities. Air quality index 334 and high which is hazardous for health. Poor road quality. Currently it is under construction to fix damaged roads and build flyovers for traffic management both of which are responsible for dust. Construction is very slow. People who have dust allergies and asthma are not recommended to stay outdoors for a prolonged time period. Always use a mask.

Very very crowded, but, very poorly managed atleast for last 5 decades

Busy area. This place is now totally changed. Huge work on road is going on. Flyover is being built over the crossing point. One day everyone will be surprised to see the change of this place. I love this place too much.
