Poor customer service. Did not call back after giving in details for a test drive and do not respond well after the booking as well. Btw Land Rover's are the least reliable luxury vehicles on planet earth.
I had recently been to the showroom. I tried calling in before going but since it was a holiday the phone never got connected. I dropped in and Mr.Balasubramanyam G the assistant sales manager welcomed us, understood our requirement and started explaining about the company and the car I was interested in. We spent two and a half hours with the car & showroom. It was by far the most interesting, informative and fun experience I have had test driving a car. To sum it up we had a great experience as compared to the competitors of jaguar & Land Rover.
Worst service Please don't trust service people and don't leave the car If you leave the car for service at show room the service people will remove the good parts from vehicle and the service manager will inform you to replace the part as the part is damaged but before leaving the vehicle to service the parts will be in good condition
Good options of cars are available here and staff are very nice and humble here . Mr avinash helped me out and was very patient yo show the car and explain all the features of the car
