One of the best gyms in pragati nagar, I have been going to this gym from past 6months . And I really loved it. They have certified trainers they will help you in workouts. The place is really huge and has really great equipment. And they also started Zumba on Sunday's.
It's one of the best local gym I've been going to. It's been established over 6 years ago with all the essential equipment available in good condition. The trainers are both professional and friendly giving advice taking into consideration your goals and body type. It's quite affordable with flexible timings.
For the beginners this is the perfect gym,,,,the trainers are very well mannered and professional and friendly at the same time,,,the trainers have the knowledge of every workout,diet, cardio and almost everything and it is useful for everyone,,the gym is maintained very well,,it has flexible timings,,,My trainer Sunil sir is the best he helps in every way,,, and the remaining trainers also very very helpful,,the best part is they have backup,,, this is the perfect gym ever,, and it is Highly recommended
All required equipment in place.. no foul smell. Someone keeps cleaning time to time. I don't understand why gyms don't add backup to treadmill. Almost all gyms in pragathinagar are like that. It will avoid injuries.

Excellent trainer. He helps a lot to mske ourselves beautiful. I lost 4 to 8 kgs in 3 months, but shape turned excellent. He suggested good diet. In 3 months, I can see big transformation. But must go regularly to gym.
