Jagtap Hospital is the best hospital on Sinhgad Road, the team of doctors, nurse staff, and support staff here are very knowledgeable and caring, I would recommend this hospital to everyone for treatment, The Panel of expertise doctors are expert in getting the root cause analysis of ailment. Just one humble request from the hospital that if any cashless patient is admitted. please arrange for a duplicate copy of his medical documents. You will need the original copy for claiming from the insurance company, but if the hospital management gives a duplicate copy, it will look professional and ethical. The patient or his/her relative should not be asked to take Xerox from outside. It does not seem professional and looks inappropriate, and unethical as well. Thanks
I got admitted here for 5 days for dengue treatment. All the Doctors and other supported staff is polite and professional. and treated me accurately and i got cured. The hospital environment and rooms are neat and clean and they have punctuality in their service. I appreciate their service and mankind towards patients.
The hospital care is good . doctors are pretty good and excellent but about the charges it's very expensive considering rest of the things. About the administration they charge 10% on the bill as admin charges which are not covered under insurance as it's not natural so not paying by the insurance company patient need to pay that why that are charged don't know even every single service are paid like visit, nursing, reg, etc.etc. Worst thing is that they don't even take copy of the file for patient for their record again asking patient to take a copy this is ridiculous and not acceptable
Came here for x-ray. It was done, didn't took a lot of time. Then when I can to collect the report next day, it was not ready. Neither did the people know where is the report as the one who took my X-ray was in OT. I came the other day then, had to wait again for a long time. More than half an hour and at the end they got the report and x-ray. The x-ray was printed on an A4 size sheet of paper and not the laser print which was asked by my doctor!

Reception manages appointments based on no criteria. I was waiting for doctor for 1hr 15mins. Doctor comes in and they just let go someone came after 1 hr with no explaination.
