Fine place to have healthy traditional meal in a relaxed homely environment. Extremely neat and clean. Food is modest but tasty and hygiene (can do away with extra oil in bhindi sabzi though). Price is reasonable and definitely worth the food served here. Try the thandkar and gulab jamun. Very courteous and attentive waiters. Online modes of payment available too.

Nice local cheap thali. No english. Spicey l. Place itself is Indian clean but the food is fresh.

If you want some spicy food at a price which wouldn't belive for an unlimited thali ..then this is one of the options to go for. More for college students, Outside city/state guys working here on short term ..

Worth the money. Now a days in restaurants,they charge Rs. 200 to 300 minimum for small quantity of food. But Jagtap mess is doing a good job in providing good quantity food at affordable cost. And the food is also tasty.

Totally a value for money lunch option off FC road.Clearly it caters to college students.They place bhaji,amti,salad bowls on each table.Customers can serve themselves.A practice I am uncomfortable with given hygiene issue.Mess itself houses under tin shade.No handwash on basins is another putoff for me.
