One of the worst hospital in lucknow Mostly all the 5 star reviews are fake The staff don't know how to behave with patient they don't take care proper care of the patient and they right unnecessary medicine again and again and if you have bought that medicine then they will again write the same even though that medicine which was brought previously was not even finished 2.the hospital is very unhygienic, there washrooms are just like awful they are not properly clean 3.Nurses and compound boy are like oh my god who made them to work here because firstly they really don't know how to behave And you are in a nursing industry have some basic courtesy 4.I asked one of the compounder to arrange someone who can feed my patient but they are just like we will don't do anything And after saying same thing 5-6 times then they arranged 5.The receptionist don't know what make her egoistic because when I asked her kindly arranged the bills of all the test she was like we are not able to provide you at this time And she don't even replied politely All the management team kindly look into it

Last to last week on 6 September 2023 I went to this hospital and it is very sad to say that this is my Worst experience ever I just thought I should write this so the message can reach to managing team I went here becoz one of my uncle is admitted here and I was just shocked to see the way the staffs are treating him, and specially the receptionist is impulsive I just made the complaint of the staff there and she replied not in a good way and no action taken by her,there is a person over here one can find him in emergency and he mostly go with doctors to patient rooms he is such a rude he don't know how to behave he and one more nurse talk in a bad way with my patient despite of repeating things they didn't listen and there is lack of cleanliness in hospital And most important the medical store person didn't show the price of medicine despite asking him Hospital authority looked into this matter and do revert back And I had bad experience 6-7 times at this place Regards Shivani Pandey

I get admitted my father here and get very quick response from imergency. Dir Mr Amitabh, Dr on duty, ward boy everyone attended quickly and start treatment on immediate basis based on recommendation given by refrel Dr. Dr analyse and diagnose the problem first and start treatment accordingly after describing the treatment process to me in details. The good thing was that they briefed Progress of treatment and responce after every test report. Lab staff was also very supportive and housekeeping staf was very caring and helpful. I have been an intern in the dietician department of Jagrani hospital. I have learned a lot in the hospital. I have learned a lot from the nature of the staff here. Dr Ritu mam is the best teacher and best dietician in Lucknow Jagrani hospital ke H.R Miss. Kiran mam's nature was very soft and the journey here was very nice to me. Thank you to all Jagrani hospital staff for giving me too much knowledge.

This is my first hospital internship experience and it was very good. The all hospital doctors and staff members behaviour is very helpful and supportive. During my internship period at this hospital whatever I have to learned from our mentor Chief Dietician Dr. Ritu Singh (RD) ma'am is very knowledgeable and helpful for me and I would like to express my special thanks to her.The classroom is also very nice and the entire hospital is very well managed and clean. And also the meal which is cooked or prepared in the canteen kitchen is too hygeneic & clean.

Hospital is good, and I like the behaviour of Doctors, very supportive staff... Nursing staff is very good they are always ready to help you on a single call. Canteen area is neet and clean and food is too hygienic.the best thing is cleanness... Jagrani Hospital has been approved, and the staff has been adequately trained to vaccinate people against Covid-19.
