Excellent stay in budget. Food was good in reasonable price. Complimentary breakfast had sufficient items. Staff is very friendly. I loved my stay here. Overall strongly recommended.

Great location and most importantly the hotel has parking available which is a great advantage. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is great value though the rooms looks a bit rundown how ever its better then other hotel when it come to cleanliness at the same category. Overall a great stay.

Great location. Room has nice view. Staff behaviour is good and efficient. Talk to the owners they can do you a good walk in rate. Also, great gym next door!

This hotel is so amazing . The staff of this hotel are the best and hotel rooms are perfectly clean and view from room is like heaven and most important the room service are available 24x7 ... hot water also available. Whenever we will visit Darjeeling must go to this hotel. They all time provide all nacessary need like milk powder, coffee, tea , hot water etc.... mujhe sabse zyada unke staff k kind behaviour bahat pasand aaya

Rooms not up to the money ... u have to walk to mall for 15 mins minimum. Manyrooms don't have windows only.. In our room, geyser was not working.only view from room was good.

Pros: 1. The staff is friendly and helpful. 2. In-house restaurant, food tastes great(portion size is a bit less, one gravy suffices 2 people at most) 3. Location is good, close to Mall road however to get to Mall road, the route has an inclination, so if you have issues walking on inclined road, try to get hotels located in Mall road. 4. They have RO on every floor which has all 3(normal, hot, cold) water available. Cons: 1. I booked Comfort Rooms and the rooms alloted had no window at all in them. 2. The rooms were very cold, even the floor was cold(probably because I visited in December and rooms had no window) 3. The geyser water capacity is low, after 2 buckets of hot water, it took 25-30 mins to get hot water back again. This is a problem in Darjeeling cold weather. 4. The Comfort room size is small, the sq ft they've mentioned includes bathroom as well, after bed and 2 chairs there's hardly any space left in room.

Ideal location, 5 mins walk from Mall square. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Food quality is also good and price quite reasonable. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Overall enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

- Location: Mahakal Temple and Mall Road are both within walking distance. - Rooms - Spacious and tidy - Parking: There is absolutely NO PARKING. There is parking, as seen in the photographs. Though it isn't. Paid Parking nearby is accessible from 8 am to 8 pm. As a result, So if you arrive late at hotel you need to park your vehicle outside the hotel on road at your own risk. - Reaching the hotel - don't blindly follow Google Maps it will keep on revolving you instead call the hotel manager he will give you the right directions. - Food: I won't suggest eating in the hotel restaurant. It is in no way deserving. Go out instead; there are many hotels and restaurants that provide delicious food at affordable pricing. - Staff - to outsiders a bit cold.
