Genuine Red Flags! Being a foodie this place was really on my mind from a long time. While coming back from a monsoon outing today we stopped here for a hi-tea & evening snacks. As the location is highway touched still you can have your own privacy and enjoy the view. I ordered the most expensive sandwiches which were available in the menu card in the excitement and believe that the taste would be extremely mouth watering. And from here starts the unpredictable red flags. 1. There was no sync between the staff and the chefs. Zero Coordination between the Staff 2. We were hungry, still we had to constantly take follow ups for the order where the staff was literally giving blank looks and passing on to each other which made us wonder is the order really placed or not? Casual Approach towards Customers 3. After repeatedly asking finally 33minutes later we received the order when we were irritated and about to leave. 4. The order we received was missing an major item because the staff misunderstood the order which led us to eat only omelet sandwich instead of chicken. Hahaha.. crazy! 5. The order was clearly looking made in a hurry as the edges of the bread was not even aligned properly. We had to ask for cutlery as in spoon & forks. 6. The taste was not good and worth the wait at all. Literally it was a great disappointment. 7. We conclude and left by paying INR 509 being disappointed and unhappy. Of course over expensive for eating 2 simple sandwiches with multiple follow ups and long wait. Not Worth the Price 8. The floor manager was least bothered and didn't bothered to pay attention towards anything going on all along instead he was more interested in chit chatting and laughing in the corner with the staff. So basically, Ambience: 9/10 Staff: 2/10 Food: 1/10 Prices: 2/10 Table Service: 1/10 We really had a great expectations and were planning to revisit this restaurant for dinner later however can't even recommend this to restaurant.

Oh My God! This place is like an oasis in the desert! Don't take the flyover if you want to stop here. Very nice ambience. Very helpful and smiling staff. Very wide choice of alcohol available for patrons. Service is slightly slow in the morning hours, but picks up speed later in the day. Food is good, and rates are reasonable. Outdoor seating not tested. Maybe next time. Surely on the list for a revisit.

Best hotel in velu on pune Satara Highway. The hotel has a very nice and beautiful view from its room. You can see sahyadri hills and a beautiful view from the hotel's room. Room service is very good. A different restaurant and bar is also available in the hotel. Every day cleaning the room is done. I like the ventilation of the rooms, whenever I visit velu or Mahabaleshwar, I want to stay in this particular hotel. The food is also good. A good parking space is available in the hotel. The staff is very polite and humble. A laundry cleaning facility is available. The bathroom of the hotel room is clean.

Awesome tasty food. Really good chefs. Preparation is top notch. Service was also excellent. Best reasonable rates.

The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to popular attractions, shopping areas, and transportation options. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant city or relax in the hotel's serene ambiance, everything was within reach.
