Unprofessional behaviour. We booked the bus for baraat, headlights were not working and driver was truck driver and inexperienced. On asking , they told us that hun baraat tan lani hi c, looks like formality is done on this big events. By god grace, no mishappening happened but we were unhappy with their response and unprofessional attitude.
