They don't even deserve one star. My sister ordered her engagement ring from there. Her engagement is on 16th october and they had said that they will keep the ring ready by 13th october. We called them two days ago to check and the manager there said 14th october at 12 noon, the ring can be picked up. However, when we went there, they said that they hadnt even started working on our ring as the order was missed by their making team. This is the most rubbish and utterly nonsensical excuse for their extreme unprofessionalism. Two days before the engagement we are left here with no ring. Please never ever ever try to make any purchase from these bunch of undignified liars. Worst experience ever. After the sale is done, they do not care about the commitment given by them. Disappointed wouldnt even be the right choice to express our feelings. We feel absolutely cheated by them.
They don't even deserve even 1 star rating. They charge almost double making charges. And hence i think 0 star will be suitable for this jewelers.
Nice collection of gold jewels. Cooperative staff and quick service. They also purchase gold from people and payments are made through cheques.
