Bus driver made an accident he even didn't check what happened to passenger nd he is riding very rudely my ribs broken they r not saying sorry atleast and mysura reddy manager scolding me while I informed like this do whatever u want whatever u need like that very worst behaviour that manager not having patience also and he even didn't what happened to their travels

Worst bus service ever. Without any prior information they have changed my bus and seat and gave last seat without even asking passengers ( me and 2 others ) . Staff at Kadapa branch are more worst and they when we asked about actual bus they are trying to convince us . I have never seen any travels bus lie this . Never ever suggest this travels for any future travels .

Worst experience. No time sense stopping no of times. Unsatisfactory.

Worst ever travels. Timings of the bus have been changed and they doesn't even bother about informing the customers.Reached the boarding point early and if asked about the changed bus timings,they say a different story every time. No proper waiting hall, it's too small. Only two to three people fits in it. That too were filled and we spent time standing outside killing mosquitoes. The bus arrived after we waited for 1 1/2 hour and now the seats were changed. They doesn't even feel sorry about this. Rude bus staff. Chillar na kodukulu. Seating is not comfortable. Ended up with severe neck pain. Worst ever experience for me. There are so many other travels which provide a better service.i wouldn't recommend this.

The worst travels ever it was a female ticket at 11:50PM but the bus was still three hours away to the point.

Worst service. They charged around 1350 per ticket and did not even turned on AC. When everyone are asking for AC, they said that AC is not working. When somebody are quarrelling with the driver and the bus keeper, they use to turn the ac for 5 mins and turn off with in a while. I don't even have words to say about the bus maintenance and the response they use to give by management. As 1 is the least rating to give, I have given 1. If I am having -100, I would have given it to this bus service.

Inside bus is very dirty, no punctuality, bus won't drop at location need to change pickup vans.

The worst travel experience I ever had. The stopped the bus in the middle of the night @4am in the morning and swapped us into another bus which was full of passengers.there were children who had their sleep disturbed. apparently this has been the case many times before. THE ABSOLUTE WORST TRAVELS
