Its a good gym with required equipment for exercise and body building. Its air conditioned. We can request for a trainer also. It has good swiming pool attached with it. But for using swimming pool one need pay a fee separately.

The swimming pool is very well constructed and looks very good but hygiene is not considered. Nylon wear and swimming cap should be mandated. Anyone can come , pay Rs.100/- and jump into pool without proper swim wear and sometimes they are not checked if they have taken shower. The incharge Mr Pavan Kumar is only there to collect money.
It's cool pool they have 3 swimming coaches it preferes cleaness
