Jagdish hotel was great with tieups with international hotel chains. It needs polishing up the property and service to be recognised as a great hotel. Attached resturants were great

Good rooms, terrible service and management. The lift stops working at times, the service is extremely slow and poor, the wifi doesn't work half the time, the tv doesn't work in most rooms. Not recommended.

We had booked 3 rooms for 26th and 27th feb 2023. There was no bucket and mug in the bathroom. There was no t v with any channel. Extremely bad service. The owner never bothers to give proper service but is only money minded. Just for one extra bed he looted 1000/- without further serving the cuatomer with bucket and mug in bathroom.

Hotel is in a good location right on the main street in jayanagar. Rooms are neat and clean but lot of things are not available like no toiletries, side table only on one side. There is no service and only normal drinking water is provided, no mineral water. View from rooms on higher floors is very good.

Very Bad service, Water leakage from Bathroom to room, Expired and Solid Shampooo, also it looks very cheap. No hot water. Says it will fix in 2 days. We're there for one day. No Tv, says to recharge. But they were ignoring us. Told there is breakfast while taking room, but when we asked, they hesitated to give us food.

Firstly, I tried contacting the property for booking confirmation but the terrible IVR system of Treebo automatically cancelled my booking. After digging for the owner's number, I was able to restore that. - When I checked in, I was asked to pay an extra 30% of the booking owing to early check-in, though it was never mentioned in multiple phone conversations. - That evening (23 Dec), I was asked to pay the full booking amount + an extra 1000 bucks as "security deposit", in case we "damage anything" as quoted by the owner. That made me feel really bad. - At the time of check-out, I was charged an extra 500 bucks (deducted from the so-called security deposit) for the extra bed, although only a mattress was provided. The policy clearly states that the extra bed was free for 0-9 years of children. - When contested for this amount with the owner, he said that "we change pillow covers and bed sheets and this amount will be charged". Really? this is the excuse? Besides all these things: - The parking arrangement was awful, I scratched my car owing to the narrow alleyway. - The way to the room was congested and with dust and cement on the way as there was construction going on at the property. - Except for the AC and marble flooring, no other amenities were present in the room, the TV had ZERO channels on it. - There were no toiletries, towels or even soap.
