Experience at Jade vine has overall been a great one, thanks to the manager Mr. Vinod.
At first, the room I was given was not in very good shape (old furniture peeling apart, bathroom had bugs) and so I asked to change rooms. Mr. Vinod was extremely kind and patiently showed me several rooms and let me choose one more suitable. The staff are also professional and kind. As we were checking out early on our last day, Mr. Vinod went above and beyond to organise a breakfast we could carry with us on our drive out. Thank you for a great experience at shimla
Jade view is bit far from Shimla.. however is located between serene mountains.
Rooms are bit old and require some maintenance.
When I was there, there was maintenance already going on which was bit troubling as we were irritated by continous hammer sound.
There is ample parking space available.
Considering the price of above 3500 per room.. I think there is lot of scope of improvements.
Stayed here on a family trip in May 2023. Had senior citizen with me. The hotel helped me take care of them. Specially Manager Vinod ji was very helpful. Excellent place.
The rooms are pretty small and service is below average. For price I think they should improve the basic facilities provided to guests.
While ordering food check with the restaurant how they are preparing food because what you this your are ordering can be different than what you are actually getting
The only good thing was the Sunlight entering the room for good 5-6 hours, keeping the room warm.
Basic amenities were not available in the room. Based on the room price, the experience could have been much better. The rooms are really tiny and door access cards often don't work. There were big spiders inside the rooms. Service is very dull. Food could have been much better based on the price. Overall it's not a recommendable place to stay. Can find better places nearby for such price.

Full points for the special thali that they offer. The daal, vegetables were on point and it was super filling. This might not look the best place in terms of the ambience but the taste made up for everything.
