Jackris - Cafe in Navelim - South Goa, India

There was a time when there had been few options for a place to get snacks, now with multiple bakeries and cafes within walking distance of this Jackris, I would advice you look at these other options. The people working there are always busy with work other than their actual work. The biggest sin a customer can make at that place is not having the exact change. On multiple occasions I've had various cashiers roll their eyes at me, or look at me with such facial expressions that it seemed that the very act of opening the change drawer at the counter caused them physical pain. Edit: I started reading reviews by other people about this place, almost everyone has the same experience with the rude staff.

Visited Jackris Navelim today and had the most bitter experience ever !! Feeling sorry to say this but THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER has no manners to talk to customers and I've never seen such an arrogant and rude service ever . I have decided to never visit Jackris Navelim again .The tone she is using is unacceptable !!! Please take action by either changing your staff or teaching her some basic skills of customer service !!!

I visited this place while coming back from Butterfly Beach-south Goa. They have a variety of snacks and puffs and they were good.

Beef patties are good and some of the snacks. Do try plum cake, it's a must try.

Croquettes taste was so bad use of poor quality oil which tastes so bad. No taste at all.

The staff is very rude they be so mean....they act n talk as if we owe them n take the food for free......Humble request to the owner please change the stuff.. Specially the girl at the counter.....

One of the worst services the girls are very rude i would not recommend anybody to go to this jackris . Although the snacks are good the staff is very bad . I would request the manager to kindly change the staff as a lot of people have been treated the same way. I was asked to leave by one of the girl staff. A kind request to the manager, please change your girl staff as it's a shame for you. Thank you.

The worst snacks store in navelim. Visited this place for two consecutive sundays and both the days same attitude by the staff. On one day they had no change of cash for me. And when I asked them if I would you be getting my parcel,, the counter girl directly said no and i had to leave without my parcel. Staff is full of attitude having nothing. I swear I wouldn't b entering jackris anytime. Anyways there are much better places with reasonable rates and not like JACKRIS.
